1. Who are you and what is KIDOO?

KIDOO is a UK-based store dedicated to providing smart, safe, and affordable baby products — including strollers, high chairs, bathtubs, walkers, car seats, play mats, and baby safety monitors. All products meet UK/EU safety standards and ship quickly from our London warehouse.

2. What ages are your products suitable for?

Our products cover a wide age range — from newborns up to 6 years old. Each product page lists a recommended age or weight range.

3. Are your products certified safe?

Yes. All strollers, car seats, high chairs, and bathtubs comply with UKCA and CE certifications and EN safety standards such as EN1888 and ECE R44/04 where applicable.

4. How do I place an order?

Simply add your desired products to the cart, proceed to checkout, and complete your purchase securely. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

5. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.

6. When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours. Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days. Tracking info is sent by email.

7. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we ship within the UK only. For bulk or wholesale orders outside the UK, please contact us directly.

8. What is your return policy?

You can return any item within 14 days if unused and in its original packaging. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.

9. What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

Please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and order number. We’ll quickly replace or refund your item as needed.
