This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on our website www.kidoo.uk, operated by ALIAN TLJ LTD, a UK-registered company (Company No. 14581977).

1. Your Legal Right to Cancel (UK & EU Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This applies only to unused items in their original packaging.

  • Cancellation period: 14 days from the day you receive your order.
  • You must notify us in writing by email at sales@kidoo.uk to cancel.
  • You are responsible for returning the item(s) to us at your own cost unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

3. Return Procedure

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, subject to your payment provider's policies.

5. Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.

6. Exemptions (Non-returnable items)

According to UK and EU law, the following items are excluded from return:

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., baby bathtubs, opened baby food-related items)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items returned outside the legal return window

7. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund according to your preference, in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
