All orders placed before 1:00 PM on a business day are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

Every item is securely packed and labeled to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly, durable packaging suitable for baby and household products.

3. Delivery Timeframe

The estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days from dispatch. Delays may occur during high-demand periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and UK bank holidays. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and delivery location. All costs are transparently displayed before you confirm payment.

Enjoy free standard UK shipping when your order total exceeds £100 (after discounts and before VAT). This will be applied automatically at checkout—no code needed!

7. UK Delivery Only

We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. International delivery is not available at this time.
