We dispatch from our UK warehouse. Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers must receive items within 30 days unless agreed otherwise. If a delivery is delayed beyond this period, you may be entitled to a refund.

7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

You have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods, per the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Returns must be in original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned items.

• Personalised items are exempt unless faulty.
• Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.
