This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your purchases from KIDOO® (owned by ALIAN TLJ LTD) will be delivered. It applies to all orders placed through our website www.kidoo.uk. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Carriers We Use

We work with trusted couriers to ensure secure and efficient delivery, including:

We reserve the right to change the courier based on location, parcel size, or availability.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days from the dispatch date. Please allow additional time during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or bank holidays.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. All fees are clearly displayed before payment.

6. Free Shipping

We offer free standard UK shipping on orders over £100 (after discounts, before VAT). This offer is applied automatically at checkout.

8. Missed Deliveries & Delays

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may attempt redelivery or provide collection instructions. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, courier disruption).

9. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is not received within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us within 48 hours. We may open a case with the courier and issue a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

10. Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You are entitled to a full refund if your item is not delivered within 30 days, unless a later delivery date was agreed upon.
